This private family-friendly place has undergone a complete renovation in 2021 and dedicated workspaces were added. With its manicured private garden and pristine pool, it is the perfect place to relax with your family/friends or your new office/workplace.

A spacious and cosy 3-bedroom house that can cater up to six people.

Fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (downstairs with bathtub and upstairs with shower) with air conditioning available for the warmer days in the summer and the cooler winder days (bedrooms and living room).

Beautiful and well-maintained garden with a non-heated pool (4 x 8m long).
High-speed wifi available and more than 150 international TV channels available.

Dedicated workstations for those wishing to use it as an office/workplace.

Getting around

You will always need a car or motorbike to move around. You may walk to the nearest beach, as it takes you 30min. But you cannot easily think of doing the same with the shopping. And renting a car is convenient and affordable at the airport. The house is in a perfect place for a romantic getaway, family holiday, travelling (only about 45 minute's drive to Lisbon airport), or visiting both Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. I recommend that you use your own GPS/navigation devices to move around, but you can always ask me if you need further assistance.

House Rules
THE OBVIOUS Take care of the house exactly in the same way you would expect others to take care of yours and leave everything where you have found it. No smoking inside and absolutely NO cigarette buts in the garden (dispose of them in the outside containers) No food or drinks on the sofa No unregistered guests or parties HOUSE TOWELS are for HOUSE USE ONLY. Please refrain from using them in the pool or to bring them to the beach. CHECKING OUT Please return the furniture and decoration items to the place you found them. (the cleaning fee does not cover furniture rearrangement). Dispose of the garbage in the containers and put all the dirty dishes inside the dishwasher and leave it running on your departure. Close all the windows, gates, and doors. LOCAL LAWS Like in any hotel, under EU laws we have to ask you for your personal ID data and inform local authorities. POST/USE of ADDRESS As this is a short-term rental kindly refrain to use the address for any post, correspondence or official matters. Organize the reception of items strictly through courier during your stay. LONG STAYS For longer stays (30 days and above): Be mindful of electricity consumption. Consumption above 350kwa per month will be charged in addition to the monthly fee. PET Policy ONE DOG (ONLY) will be considered subject to acceptance of the rules (only stays on the ground floor, does NOT go to the bedrooms, and does not stay on the sofa) and the payment of the pet fee GARDEN and POOL MAINTENANCE We strive to keep the house in the best possible shape to welcome our guests. Both the garden and the pool require regular upkeeping for which we have contracted professional services. The frequency of their visit varies depending on the season, while we endeavor to schedule their visits when there are no guests, that is not always possible. Payment Policy
Full payment (reservation + security deposit) to be done in EURO upon reservation (Bank transfer or Paypal)
Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled more than 60 days before arrival a full refund is provided (minus 20 Euro processing costs). If canceled more than 30 days before arrival 50% refund (minus 20 Euro processing costs). No refunds for cancelations made less than 30 days before arrival.

POOL and GARDEN
The pool is used at the guests' full and own responsibility. Both the pool and the garden are maintained by local contractors. We endeavor to schedule the interventions when guests are away, however, that is not always possible, particularly for longer stays and/or during the warmer months when the maintenance is more frequent.

UTILITIES - RESPONSIBLE USE
Responsible use of the house and the utilities is encouraged at all times. For longer stays, the fee includes electricity up to 200 kva per month and water up to 50 m3 per month. Any amount exceeding will be charged as an additional fee.

LOCAL LAWS
As per local regulation, we register all guests and require a copy of the national ID or passport (no driver's licence) before arrival. Key links (property accessed through phone app) will only be provided once the guests IDs are received.
